Authors' objectives:
The aims of this project are to: Assemble published and unpublished information available on raloxifene in osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, venous thromboembolic events and breast cancer. Evaluate the potential clinical impact of raloxifene on relevant end-points with a critical analysis of the assumptions made. To develop and apply models for cost effectiveness of raloxifene targeted for use in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
