Authors' objectives: To evaluate the impact of two exercise promotion programmes on PA in people aged ≥65 years.
Authors' recommendations: The FaME intervention increased self-reported PA levels among community-dwelling older adults 12 months after the intervention, and significantly reduced falls. Both the FaME and OEP interventions appeared to be safe, with no significant differences in adverse reactions between study arms.
