Authors' recommendations: Study to evaluate the effect of tranexamic acid in traumatic brain injury patients found that neither moderate benefits nor moderate harmful effects can be excluded and that, although uncertainty remains, tranexamic administration might improve outcome in traumatic brain injury patients.
