The aim of this bulletin is to provide an overview of the Pillar Palatal Implant System for the treatment of mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and snoring.

Authors' recommendations: Currently, there is insufficient published evidence to determine whether palatal implants are an effective treatment option for patients with mild to moderate OSA due to palatal obstruction.
