To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the Ferrara Ring in the treatment of keratoconus.
Authors' recommendations:
There is not sufficient evidence at the moment to corroborate the effectiveness and safety of the Ferrara Ring in the treatment of keratoconus. There is an urgent need for randomized clinical trials to evaluate this new therapeutic approach.
