Authors' objectives:
The purpose of this paper is to provide a quick review on the available evidence on the effectiveness of massage therapy.
Authors' recommendations:
Massage may be beneficial for patients with sub-acute and chronic non-specific low back pain especially when combined with exercises and education. The evidence suggested that acupressure is more effective than classic massage.
