Authors' results and conclusions: There is limited and low level evidence currently available for the AutoPulse. In addition, patients should be defibrillated as soon as possible.
Authors' recommendations: It is unlikely that the AutoPulse will have any significant policy or clinical impact on the Australian public health system, therefore it is recommended that this technology be archived.
