Authors' objectives:

The goal of EEG biofeedback therapy is to train patients to stimulate and suppress brainwaves of specific frequencies. EEG biofeedback is based on the theory that a proper balance of brainwave frequencies can provide a number of benefits, including relaxation, reducing frequency of seizures, and improving attention and cognitive functioning.
