Authors' methods: The web-based algorithm is structured into 3 main levels: care pathway algorithms (Level 1), clinical practice recommendations (Level 2), and evidence with discussion (Level 3). Clickable links allow to navigate between these levels. This document presents a static version of Levels 1 and 2 of the web-based algorithm. The various phases of ALL treatment (pre-phase, induction, consolidation and/or intensification, maintenance and central nervous system [CNS] therapy) are presented as well as the supportive care associated with treatment. The algorithm incorporates ELN defined criteria for treatment response and situates immunotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation within the different trajectories.
