Record ID 32018013576
Danish
Original Title: Merlin Assay
Authors' objectives: The Merlin Assay is a non-invasive gene expression profiling test (GEP) for the diagnosis of malignant melanomas. The assay analyzes melanoma tumor tissue to determine a patient’s risk of developing lymph node metastases. The test is based on a CP-GEP algorithm, which combines clinical and pathological parameters with the gene expression of eight genes to assess individual risk, providing a low- or high-risk outcome.
