Authors' objectives:
The purpose of this impact analysis was to - Determine the degree to which the questions asked by requesters of HTA products were answered, - Discover how each product was used and whether that use extended to other organizations outside the requester's organization, and - Learn if there were unexpected outcomes that came about as a direct result of the involvement of the HTA Unit with a requester's organization.
