Authors' objectives: This review was conducted in response to an application submitted by the St. Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network in Dublin for the generic justification of ultrahypofractionated radiotherapy treatment in breast cancer. The target population listed in the application for generic justification was patients undergoing adjuvant radiotherapy, following breast conserving surgery or mastectomy.
