Original Title: Efectividad de las medidas de distanciamiento social, en el contexto de la pandemia por COVID-19
Authors' results and conclusions: RESULTS: Measures of social distance, such as physical distance or limiting gatherings appear to be associated with decreased transmission of COVID-19. The results of the included systematic reviews suggest that maintaining a physical distance greater than one meter and limiting social gatherings and events can reduce SARS-Cov-2 transmission. FINAL CONCLUSION: The available evidence on social distance interventions is small and based on weak studies. The available evidence on measures of social distance suggests that establishing physical distance over one meter of interpersonal distance, as well as reducing social gatherings and events would reduce the risk of SARSCoV-2 infection.
