Authors' objectives: The Public Health Reform Expert Advisory Group sought to gain insight into the delivery of Essential Public Health Functions (EPHFs), both prior to and in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, and how this delivery can be improved in the future. To support this work, HIQA performed an analysis of two public consultation surveys, distributed to individuals and organisations working within the Public Health domain in Ireland.
