Original Title: Ergoespirometría portátil en atletas o rehabilitación cardiopulmonar
Authors' recommendations: "Very low quality evidence does not allow to draw conclusions on the effectiveness of mobile cardiopulmonary exercise test for cardiopulmonary rehabilitation in patients with heart failure asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Very low quality evidence does not allow to draw conclusions on its effectiveness in athletes either. None of the heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma clinical practice guidelines consulted recommend using mobile cardiopulmonary exercise test for cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. Some clinical practice guidelines recommend using conventional ergospirometry in athletes over 35 years old and for baseline assessment of patients with heart failure before rehabilitation. None of these guidelines mention mobile ergospirometry. None of the coverage policies consulted cover mobile cardiopulmonary exercise test for cardiopulmonary rehabilitation or sports medicine. No health technology assessments about this technology were found for any of the indications discussed in this report. Because the quality of the scientific evidence is very low, the economic benefit of this technology cannot be estimated".
