Original Title: Bulletin de veille stratégique: Aperçu des interventions abordées par quelques agences d’évaluation hors Québec - une exploration de la diversité des sujets potentiels d’évaluation
Authors' objectives: What would be the range of interventions that could be assessed by an evaluation agency? Over the years, the role of evaluation agencies has expanded, and their objects of evaluation have diversified. INESSS, which recently adopted its Statement of Ethical Principles and Foundations, is committed to supporting "collective choices based on the creation of value in health and social services, for the benefit of users, patients and their families, and for the entire Quebec population". This global vision of what constitutes the creation of value in health and social services led us to include the full diversity of interventions in our reflection. To support this reflection and the decision-making process, the Institute analyzed the interventions covered in the activity portfolio of five evaluation agencies outside Quebec, and presents this portrait of the diversity of interventions in health and social services in this newsletter.
