Original Title: Neuronavegador para guía de procedimientos neuroquirúrgicos craneales
Authors' recommendations: CONCLUSIONS Very low-quality evidence does not allow drawing conclusions on the effectiveness of using neuronavigator-guided brain neurosurgical procedures, when compared to standard image-guided CNS surgeries. Among the clinical practice guidelines surveyed only one includes it as part of the equipment required for glioma-resection surgeries. One United States health sponsor, among the coverage policies consulted, covers it for a selected group of patients. No cost-effectiveness or budgetary-impact studies have been found in Argentina.
