Original Title: Reeducación postural global (RPG®) en patologías de columna
Authors' recommendations: CONCLUSIONS Moderate quality evidence suggests that global postural re-education (RPG®) therapy when compared with multimodal physical therapy shows less benefits in reducing pain and improves function during follow up at six months. The clinical practice guidelines consulted on low back pain, neck pain, ankylosing spondylitis and scoliosis do not mention this technology among the recommended treatments. None of the public and private sponsors consulted mentions this technology; however, it should be considered that they do not mention other specific stretching technologies either. No economic evaluations assessing the cost-effectiveness of this technology have been found in Argentina.
