Original Title: Resonancia magnética dinámica para la evaluación de lesiones hepáticas focales
Authors' recommendations: CONCLUSIONS Moderate-quality evidence indicates that dynamic magnetic resonance imaging with extracellular or liver-specific contrast agent shows a sensitivity and specificity similar to dynamic computed tomography for focal liver lesion assessment and hepatocarcinoma diagnosis. A better study yield is observed in liver lesions larger than 2 cm. The clinical practice guidelines and expert consensuses consulted recommend the use of these two Technologies as equally valid alternatives for the indication assessed.
