Original Title: Test de receptividad endometrial en reproducción asistida
Authors' recommendations: CONCLUSIONS No adequate-quality comparative studies have been found assessing the usefulness of endometrial receptivity array in patients undergoing assisted reproduction treatments and who have failed implantations several times. Very low methodological quality evidence does not allow estimating the test usefulness in assessing endometrial receptivity; nor in determining if the use of personalized embryo transfer on the date specified by the test would improve reproductive yield in this group of patients. Most of the clinical practice guidelines assessed do not mention it. The coverage policies consulted from public and private European and United States health sponsors, as well as the Latin American public health sponsors consulted, do not cover or mention its coverage. No local cost-effectiveness, financial impact or organizational studies have been found; therefore its impact is uncertain.
