Original Title: HD Analyzer® en catarata y ojo seco
Authors' recommendations: CONCLUSIONS No evidence on the clinical benefits of HD Analyzer® in cataract and dry eye were found. Low quality evidence on HD Analyzer® in cataract showed a moderate correlation of its results with visual acuity and LOCS III classification in slit lamp; and a weak correlation with symptoms. In the case of dry eye, studies showed a heterogeneous correlation with tear film breakup time and no correlation with symptoms. Clinical practice guidelines about cataract do not mention HD Analyzer®. One out of the two clinical practice guidelines on dry eye consulted mentions the technology; however it does not recommend its routine use; and the other one does not mention it. No coverage policies mentioning this technology, cost-effectiveness or financial impact studies have been found.
