English
Original Title:
Mat vid diabetes
Authors' objectives:
The aim of the project is to investigate, through a systematic review, how different foods affect the blood sugar of diabetics. Keeping blood sugar at a stable and low level reduces the risk of sequelae and injuries, in some cases acute and life threatening. A stable blood sugar level is also good for avoiding long-term damage such as nerve and kidney damage as well as eye complications.
