There is significant low-quality evidence suggesting that these dynamic fixation systems are useful for the treatment of spine degenerative diseases requiring surgical treatment and that they are not better than spinal fusion surgery. The United States health sponsors consider its use at experimental stage, whereas the United Kingdom health system covers it.
