Authors' recommendations: Autologous fat grafting for breast reconstruction after breast cancer is an evolving method for which concern has been raised regarding oncological safety. It is uncertain whether there is any difference in oncological outcomes comparing autologous fat grafting with other methods without fat grafting, The present literature is not sufficient for evaluation of the oncological risks.
