There was no retrievable evidence on mobile phone with portable ECG device from the electronic databases. One full text articles included in this review was provided by the authorized distributing company based in Malaysia. There was no retrievable evidence on the cost effectiveness and adverse effect of the mobile phone with portable ECG device.
