Authors' recommendations: One health technology assessment report, one systematic review, two non-randomized studies, and one economic evaluation were identified regarding the clinical and cost-effectiveness of vitamin D testing in the general population. Three evidence-based guidelines regarding vitamin D testing in the general population were also identified.
