To increase our understanding of what it is like for healthcare professionals to treat patients with chronic non-malignant musculoskeletal pain so that we can improve experiences and quality of care. 2. To make our findings easily available through a 6-10 minute film. 3. To help to develop systematic research methods that aim to bring together qualitative research findings so that patient care can be improved.
