Authors' recommendations:
The evidence is scarce and of poor methodological quality. The diagnostic accuracy, effectiveness and safety of the ALCAT test (antigen leukocyte cellular antibody test) can not be estimated in clinical conditions considered as food intolerance manifestations. Different international scientific societies consider this test at experimental stage and do not recommend its use. The international coverage policies assessed do not consider its coverage.
