Authors' objectives: To evaluate the efficiency of a strategy in vitro fertilization (IVF) with genetic screening preimplantacional (SGP), in women included in assisted reproduction programs, and indication of advanced maternal age, male factor, repeated implantation failure, repeated abortion, and good prognosis, compared against IVF without GSP strategy.
