Authors' objectives: The objective of this rapid review was to examine the effectiveness of cemented versus uncemented fixation components in primary hip arthroplasty.
Authors' recommendations: Based on low quality of evidence, there was no statistically significant difference in revisions between cemented and uncemented fixation for primary hip arthroplasty.
