Authors' objectives:
To assess the available evidence on the efficacy, safety and coverage related aspects regarding the use of cidofovir in patients with Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis.
Authors' recommendations:
The use of cidofovir as adjuvant therapy in patients with RRP is based on low methodological quality evidence. The only RCT published did not show differences between the use of placebo and cidofovir.
