CADTH
Record ID 32014000216
English
Authors' recommendations: The available evidence suggests that the short term survival (2 to 3 years) of crowns fabricated on vital teeth ranged from 87.9% to 97.7% depending on the materials used. The survival of post-core-crown restorations on endodontically treated teeth depended mainly of the amount of the remaining tooth structure. No clinical practice guidance or cost-effectiveness information was identified.
