Authors' objectives: To analyse the accessibility and the quality of attention given at the day care centres. To describe patterns of following-up of patients for each supplier of services. To assess the level of satisfaction of patients. To evaluate the acceptance of new technologies of communication.
Authors' recommendations: The main conclusion drawn from this report is that the degree of satisfaction with day care centres is very high. Day care centres should be approached to the scattered populations (one possibility would be using mobile health points).
