Authors' objectives:
The objective of this technical consultation is to ascertain whether prior consultations and/or HC have any impact (reduction) on the frequentation rate to HES.
Authors' recommendations:
In conclusion, TC is a safe alternative which has not proven to be effective. The same would apply to HC. However, it has not been proven that neither increases resource consumption.
