To review the available evidence regarding the treatment of neuropathic pain.
Authors' recommendations:
The amitriptyline has been shown effective and efficient in the treatment of neuropathic pain. pregabalina and gabapentin also, but with a better security profile and greater cost. No items allow saying that it allows more effective as pregabalina or gabapentin, so are not given their choice of higher cost.
