Authors' recommendations:
Several psychological and pharmacological treatments have at least moderate SOE supporting their efficacy: expos ure, CPT, CT, CBT-mixed therapies, EMDR, narrative exposure therapy, fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline, topiramate, and venlafaxine.
