Authors' recommendations: Two randomized controlled studies showed similar efficacy between fluticasone propionate and fluticasone furoate in the management of symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis; no evidence on the cost-effectiveness of fluticasone furoate as compared with fluticasone propionate was identified.
