Authors' recommendations: There is a lack of evidence on the effectiveness of pediatric supraglottic airway devices compared with traditional non-invasive management strategies for pediatric patients with acute respiratory compromise. No evidence was found on the effectiveness of pediatric Laryngeal Mask Airway versus King Airway for respiratory management in pediatric patients.
