Authors' objectives:
The purpose of this report is to assess the available evidence on the efficacy, safety and issues related to the coverage policies of motion rehabilitation using ARMEO.
Authors' recommendations:
There is not evidence about the usefulness of ARMEO in patients under stroke rehabilitation; the only clinical trial found, conducted with a previous version of the device (T-WREX) and with few patients, showed non significant clinical results, similar to those of other types of devices.
