Collinson PO, Gaze DC, Thokala P, Goodacre S
Record ID 32011000821
English
Authors' recommendations: Study found that the measurement of high-sensitivity cardiac troponin is the best single marker in patients presenting with chest pain and that additional measurement of myoglobin or creatine kinase MB is not clinically effective or cost-effective, copeptin measurement is not recommended and heart-type fatty acid-binding protein (H-FABP) requires further investigation before it can be recommended for simultaneous measurement with high-sensitivity troponin.
