Authors' recommendations:
The original studies were heterogeneous in the type of pathology treated, the surgical procedures undertaken and the techniques used. The average duration of the interventions was between 166 and 242 minutes, there was a wide range of estimated blood loss, varying from 0 to 1,500 ml according to the authors, with average values of between 83 and 300 ml and the percentage of complications varied between 9.1 and 25.The acquisition of the system would involve an investment of 1.1-1.2 million Euros plus an annual maintenance of approximately one quarter of the purchase price of the robot.
